SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to offer shipping across Australia. Shipping costs for international orders will calculated individually for each order based on the destination country (note that we may not be able to deliver to all international destinations).

We are only able to deliver to a street address and not a PO Box. All orders must be shipped to a single address. As with most delivery services, the couriers that will deliver your order do not have a standard or

set time of the day that goods are delivered. Your order will be delivered on weekdays only from Monday to Friday and generally only during business hours 8am-6pm. If you are not home when the courier

attempts to deliver your order they will either leave a note, take the goods to the nearest post office or leave the goods in a safe place if you have requested so.

If you believe your goods have been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can resolve the matter for you. Please wait at least 10 business days from the date of shipment before contacting us

regarding any missing orders.

Orders placed by 10am AEST/AEDT will usually be sent the same day. Orders placed after that time will typically be sent the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be

processed the next business day. Depending on your location you can usually expect delivery within a few days.

Please note that during busy periods such as the Christmas holidays both processing and shipping times may be extended. We will endeavour to notify you when we are experiencing any such delays and

appreciate your patience during those periods. 

Wholesale orders have different shipping rates and processing times.
