What are your current goals in your equestrian career, and how do you plan to achieve them?
My current goals are to continue bringing along young horses while maintaining the training of client horses and ponies. I hope to continue taking Freshman R throughout the dressage levels in hopes that he will reach grand prix one day! He is currently training the medium/advanced work and is showing lots of potential for the future. I intend to achieve these goals with the support of my coaches and parents, and by working as hard as I can!

What has been your greatest achievement so far as an equestrian?
It's hard to narrow it down to one, but my greatest achievement so far would be claiming CHAMPION and RESERVE CHAMPION aboard Wynara Vegas and Beverley Just A Dream at the 2024 Grand Nationals in the Child's Galloway class. Wynara Vegas then went on to win the Grand Champion Childs Saddle Horse.

How do you ensure your horse's health and wellbeing on a daily basis?
We ensure our team of horses have a well balanced diet, plenty of roughage and have a training regime to suit depending on each horse, and what competitions/events we have coming up.
Why did you choose to partner with Equine Wellness Co, and how has SOOTHE + SUPPORT helped your horses?
We began feeding SOOTHE + SUPPORT as it concentrated on the gut and the nervous system. A supplement that we hadn't heard of targeting both before. As we travel a lot for competitions our team needed a supplement that could cover a lot and simplify to make feeding time easier.
We found that this product started showing progress within a week, improving our horses work ethic, attitude, and general wellbeing. During an iridology assessment prior to using SOOTHE + SUPPORT, one of our horses had signs of nerve damage, after using this product and a further iridology report, it was shown it was significantly minimised.
We promote businesses we believe in and see results with! Our whole team is fed SOOTHE + SUPPORT and we believe every horse will benefit from it.
Who has been your biggest inspiration or role model in the equestrian world?
I have been lucky enough to have the support of many knowledgeable professionals within my career who have each given me tips and tools.
I began riding under the guidance of Les Friend who has helped shape my career from the beginning. I have since been training with Alex Vodemair. She is my biggest role model and someone who I look up to.
What is your favourite equine event or competition, and why is it special to you?
A favourite event for me would have to be Grand Nationals or EA nationals. They are the most prestigious shows on the Australian show circuit and the ones we spend so much time and hard work trying to qualify for and achieve great results at! These events are special to me as I have been Competing at both ever since I was 6 years old.
How do you approach challenges with your horse, whether it's related to health, performance or behaviour?
We start by assessing each horse and where the problem may be, we work from the ground to under saddle and then create a plan.
We are very lucky to be supported by many amazing people who help to maintain our horses are in good shape.
A balanced diet is the first step we take when experiencing any challenges, as well as providing our horses with the correct exercise routine, body work and supplements needed. SOOTHE + SUPPORT has been a game changer for our team and they have never been better.
